At Eventie, I pride myself on creating a bespoke service that brings your vision to life. I will work closely with you, the client, to tailor everything to suit your style. Therefore, it is quite difficult for me to give precise costs on this site. However, I am very aware that having a benchmark figure is really useful in knowing whether this is something you would like to persue.

On The Day Co-ordination

For this, Eventie will:

Power Hours Bundle

£180

The Power Hours bundle is a total of 3 hours of our time, working with you to help brainstorm ideas for your event. This usually starts with a telephone consultation to establish your vision. I would then recommend a walk-through of your venue to help visualise ideas.

Set Up / Take Down

If you've sourced all your props etc yourselves, but would like someone to take away the stress of setting it all up and taking it all down, this is soemthing we can help with.

This will be £60 an hour, with a minimum of 3 hours needed.

Prop Hire Items

At Eventie we have a wide range of props available to hire out. If we don't have, we're sure we can source it for you! Below is an example, but not exhaustive list:

Organza Chair Sash - £2.50*
Chiffon Vertical Drop - £2.50*
Double Chair Drapes - £4*
Ivory Flower Wall - £240/ £260
Easel & Welcome Sign - £80
Aisle Lanterns - £30 a pair
